Andpixels.com
&Pixels has been shipping digital products since 2010. The site had to show that work honestly: the constraints, the trade-offs, and the calls that actually moved the outcome, not a highlight reel.

Why bother
Every studio site says the same four things, and a prospect has no way to tell them apart.
The differences that actually matter are hard to put on a card: the people who pitch are the people who build, the team stays after launch, and one group handles the site, the platform and the mobile app. The site is built to prove those three, in that order, before it asks anyone for a call.
See it work
These are the site's own interactions, rebuilt here as working components rather than pictures of them.
Every engagement runs through the same six steps. The site makes that path walkable instead of describing it.

The empty portfolio
Client work clears for publishing slowly, so a new agency site usually launches with an empty portfolio.
Waiting for approvals would have meant a projects page full of logos and no stories. We had two products of our own that we designed, built and run, which carry the same decisions a client engagement does, and those could be published in full without asking anyone's permission.
What the site had to do
Show the process as a six-step path, publish the messy middle of each project, and run the real products on the page.
Every engagement moves through the same six steps, from discovery to evolve, so the site makes that path walkable instead of describing it. The project pages lean into the constraints and trade-offs rather than results-only summaries. And the &Pixels projects embed the real product components, the same markup, tokens and motion that run in production, so a visitor can finish a task in ToDidIt or run a live Revlr audit without leaving the page.
Where it landed
A Next.js site with performance budgets, structured content, and SEO, AEO and GEO built into the architecture.
The free website audit on the home page is a live Revlr scan running through its partner API, which makes the claim about shipping our own products checkable in about a minute. Fifteen years and 315 projects now have somewhere to live as the client work clears for publishing.
What we
heard
“The people who pitch are the people who build.”
No account managers, and no handoff to juniors after the contract is signed. It is the promise the rest of the site is arranged around.
