I’m a Principal Product Designer and Design Leader with 17+ years of experience building B2B digital products across SaaS, travel, ecommerce, healthtech, biotechnology, and food & beverage. I specialize in transforming legacy platforms, scaling design systems, and mentoring high-performing teams inside startup-to-enterprise environments.

Most recently, as Director of Product Design at Charles River Labs, I led the creation of a multi-theme, enterprise-grade design system spanning 24 web apps, 2 mobile apps, and 2 marketing websites—cutting design inconsistencies by 80%+ and reducing dev time by 25%.
