Problem:
How might we solve all three of these problems with a single tool?
Previous state: Didn’t exist.
- Prioritization: I don’t have enough time to do everything, and I struggle to prioritize what I should do to succeed.
- Execution: I have access to powerful tools, but I have difficulty translating decisions into effective actions.
- Vision: I don’t know how to capitalize on changing market trends, traveler preferences, and competitive dynamics.
Solution:
Polaris Assistant
A platform powered by Expedia Group data that improves business outcomes for Property Managers by facilitating intelligent decisions and effective actions.
- A dashboard that delivers insights, recommendations, and reminders.
- An AI-powered engine that combines intelligence from Escapia, Vrbo, Expedia Group, and the property manager.
- A navigation system that directs users to where they can take action.
Results:
By the time I left Vrbo and Escapia, the fully developed Property Editor was still in progress.
