Jacob is everything you would want in a UX designer. Not only is his attention to detail impeccable, but he does whatever it takes to understand the problem first before solutioning. He he knows how to balance and contextualize the business problem along with the job to be done and the end result is a reflection of someone who owns his craft. I would love to work with Jacob again someday down the road.
